Onsite Support

Our onsite Consultants provide comprehensive on-site support while the major CAD/CAM/PLM development work is done at the Offshore Development Center in India. Our onsite based project managers have excellent experience in managing offshore engineering and software development projects.

Our business model adopts a true CAD/CAM engineering factory approach. Our onsite operations are backed by a pool of on-site consultants who provide high-level design and project development support. They are in turn are backed by the Offshore development centers that execute offshore projects and provide 24x7 technical support desk.

Time & Material (T&M) Outsourcing:

We engage in this model on specific customer requests due to the following reasons:
  • Exclusive support activities
  • Proof of Concept activities
  • Where deliverables are not completely defined.

This model helps customer to flexibly allocate the work for the offshore team without having to define any rigid deliverables. The offshore cost gives a competitive advantage wherein the customer can use a very flexible methodology. Intelizign does ensure proper Time-sheet maintenance to list the Consultant activities during such time in order to manage and evaluate the work efficiency and ‘through put’ of it’s personnel.

Maintenance and Support services

Similar to a T&M contract, however, in this case the scope and activities are done clearly agreed upon. The Scope Agreement document sign-off really starts this kind of a implementation model.

Time-sheets are used to track the personnel information and communication with the customer would be through e-mails and weekly review meetings.

Any contractual changes are clearly agreed upon with the customer (in case of scope/activity change) and the process is maintained very transparent with the customer.
