Service Application Integration
Integration of Engineering and Manufacturing Bill of Material data between multiple PLM systems is a tenuous and complex undertaking. With the strong domain expertise of PLM and with careful execution, we have successfully designed, architected and implemented solutions between interfacing systems through clear process gateways. As part of the design, we know how to integrate different processes between functional departments in an organization. Clearly defined methodologies, processes and workflow approvals have been incorporated to have a line of differentiation between Engineering and Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOMs). Additional expertise in the area of process planning from a PLM perspective has helped us define Bill of Processes (BOPs) which is one of the demanding needs of the growing PLM segment.
